Defining the User Calling/Research Objectives
</aside>
1️⃣ Why Setting Goals Matters
When user interviews are not well-defined in terms of goals, discussions may become disorganized, resulting in useless insights.
✅ Advantages of setting research goals:
- Maintains interviews on important topics.
- Guarantees we only ask the most pertinent questions.
- Facilitates analyzing user feedback effectively.
❌ What if there are no clear goals?
- Users discuss useless topics.
- Too many random findings make it difficult to spot patterns.
- Time wasted with no actionable insights.

2️⃣ Clear Research Goals: How to Set Them
- Limit yourself to 3-4 key research objectives per project.
